3. Investment Commitments & Lock Periods
By selecting an investment plan, you agree that your principal capital will be locked for a standard 90 day cycle. You acknowledge that you cannot withdraw these funds until the cycle is fully completed. Premature withdrawal requests will be rejected.
4. Prohibited Activities
When using Stratmont, you agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading identity documents during verification.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
- Use funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering, fraud, etc.).
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate referral programs or platform limits.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending an investigation.
5. Platform Liability
Stratmont provides the platform and manages the investment strategies to the best of our professional ability. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for temporary technical downtime, internet service interruptions, or third party banking delays.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect new regulatory requirements or platform features. We will notify you of any major changes via email or an account notification.
